Dakatia, the notable river of Shahrasti, is split through the Shi Rasti upazila T Dakatia river. The origin of the robbery is in the hills of India's Tripura state. Dakatia's length is 130 km. 122 meters. It originated from Tripura, India, from Comilla's Laksam upazila on the Shah Rasti in Chandpur and found in the Padma and Meghna estates. At one time this river was the main medium of communication in Shahrasti upazila. At present, goods are transported from one place to another through the Dakatia River in a limited way. .
